Thank you for choosing the AirBlaster Pro. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

This Return and Refund Policy applies exclusively to products purchased through the website [www.airblastpro.com].

1. Legal Right of Withdrawal & Returns

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the AirBlaster Pro. You will then receive a full refund of the order amount, including original shipping costs.

Conditions for Return:

To be eligible for a full refund, the returned product must meet the following criteria:

  • The product is complete and in its original condition.

  • The product is in the original packaging (including all accessories and the manual).

  • The product is unused and undamaged. Light testing necessary to assess the product (similar to what you would do in a physical store) is permitted.

If the product is damaged or used more than necessary to try it out, we may charge a depreciation value or refuse the return.

2. How to Return Your AirBlaster

Follow these steps to register your return:

  1. Register Your Return: Within 14 days of receiving your order, you must contact our customer service via the contact form on our website: [https://airblastpro.com/pages/contact]. You must include your Order Number in this communication.

  2. Receive Confirmation and Address: After registration, you will receive a confirmation email from us containing the specific return address where the package must be sent.

  3. Prepare the Package: Package the product securely (preferably in the original shipping box) to prevent damage during transit. You must include a note inside the package with your Order Number clearly written.

  4. Ship the Package: Send the package to the address provided by us.

    • The direct costs for returning the product are at your own expense.

    • We recommend sending the package via a tracked service (such as registered mail or with track & trace), as we are not liable for lost return shipments.

3. Refund Process

As soon as we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have approved or rejected your returned item.

If approved, your refund will be processed. The full purchase amount (including original shipping costs) will be refunded to your original method of payment within 14 business days.

4. Damaged or Defective Products Upon Arrival

If you receive an AirBlaster Pro that has been damaged during shipping, or appears defective upon arrival, you must report this within 48 hours of receipt.

  • You must include your Order Number in this email.

  • You must include clear photos of both the shipping packaging (if damaged) and the defective product.

After this 48-hour period, we assume the product was received in good condition. We will investigate the issue and work with you to provide a suitable solution (repair or replacement).
